SingleDISPLAY voor standaardtoepassingen

Temperatuur, luchtklep en toerental van de ventilator blijven gedurende het volledige proces op 1 waarde ingesteld? U hoeft geen temperatuurcurves te programmeren of loops ? U droogt niet-gevoelige stalen en heeft geen nood aan een meervoudige temperatuurbeveiliging of een technische complex alarmsysteem ? Dan zijn de functies van de SingleDISPLAY perfect voor uw applicatie. Verwacht excellente accuraatheid en betrouwbaarheid gecombineerd met intuïtieve bediening en dubbele beveiliging tegen een te hoge temperatuur met visueel alarm.

TwinDISPLAY maximum comfort voor complexe processen

De modelvariant TwinDISPLAY van Memmert laat niets te wensen over op vlak van functies, comfort en veiligheid. Met de intuïtieve software AtmoCONTROL kunnen de meest complexe processen, snel en eenvoudig geprogrammeerd en gelogd worden. De meervoudige temperatuurbescherming , visuele en akoestische alarmen en de mogelijkheid een automatisch alarmboodschap naar 1 of meerdere mailadressen te sturen, zorgt ervoor dat u tijd heeft voor wat écht belangrijk is : uw werk.

Deze highlight functies maken het verschil

De SetpointWAIT functie zorgt ervoor dat de ingestelde tijd niet van start gaat, voordat de ingestelde temperatuur bereikt is. Deze functie kan ook in combinatie met vrij positioneerbare Pt100 sensoren gebruikt worden. De ingestelde tijd loopt dan pas als de vraagtemperatuur op de meetpunten bereikt is ( direct gemeten in het materiaal). Bepaalde applicaties vragen een gecontroleerde regeling van de ventilatorsnelheid en een vaste waarde voor de luchtverversing. Alle TwinDISPLAY modellen kunnen daarom optioneel uitgerust worden met een monitoring systeem voor de ventilatorsnelheid. Voor specifieke testen kan u met de  HeatBALANCE functie het vermogen van de onderste en bovenste verwarmingselementen -in balans- aanpassen.
