Universal oven dishwasher UFP800DW

For many years, the air circulation heating oven UFP800DW has been setting standards in the area of dishwasher usability testing. To prevent temperature overshoots in any and all cases, the temperature control and heating power have been adapted to the test parameters stipulated in EN50242/EN60436

Heating oven to dry dirty dishes and cutlery

Before they are introduced on the market, dishwashers are loaded with dirty place settings and put to the test in order to see how they perform in comparison to a reference dishwasher. This includes standardised pre-drying and drying of the dirty dishes in an air circulation heating oven since, in everyday life, the dishes are not usually washed in the dishwasher immediately after they are put there. DIN EN 50242/DIN EN 60436 defines measurement procedures for electric dishwasher performance, citing the Memmert UFP800DW as an example of an air-circulation heating oven which is compliant with the specifications of the standard.

Optimum temperature distribution even when fully loaded

External temperature sensors check on three levels that the predefined temperatures are not exceeded throughout heat-up and the entire drying time. Thanks to additional forced-air circulation using two low-noise fans, the unique all-round surface heating by Memmert ensures optimum temperature distribution even when fully loaded.
